Brown Board Room
William & Mary faculty, administration and staff may reserve the room for university activities such as meetings, small workshops or presentations. The room is on the 3rd floor of Swem, which is a quiet study area. All events must be contained within the Brown Board Room. The room is normally available from 8:00-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Please contact library administration if you need additional time.
Capacity
The Board Room's occupancy capacity is 14. This capacity is strictly enforced.
Technology
The room has a large TV with an HDMI connection, laptop, conference phone, and video camera with speaker for Zoom calls.
Scheduling
* Please add extra time to your reservation if you need to set up or break down the room
This room is frequently booked back to back. In the spirit of good citizenship, please be out of the room at the end time of your reservation. If you need time to set-up or breakdown, please add an extra 30 minutes to the start and end of your booking.
There are two ways to reserve this room:
- By time: Use the "Search by Time" tab and enter a time and date to see what rooms are available at your selected time.
- By room name or availability: Use the "Search by Space" tab and click the "Search" button to show all rooms (you don't need to enter a room name or number). Click the "Show Availability" button to see when the room is reservable.
