DH Workshop: Text Analysis with HathiTrust In-Person
The HathiTrust Digital Library includes more than 18 million digitized items. Learn how to get the most out of it through text analysis and other tricks in this hands-on workshop.
This workshop, hosted by W&M Libraries and A&S Graduate Center, will cover an overview of text analysis and HathiTrust in general. The focus on the ways we can make use of the HathiTrust's Research Center and Digital Library to create research collections and perform text analysis activities like creating token counts and tag clouds, extracting and visualizing named entities, and exploring topic modeling approaches. No programming experience is necessary.
