Finding Open Data Workshop Online

Open data is data that can be freely used, re-used and redistributed by anyone and is subject only, at most, to the requirement to attribute and sharealike. Open data is in a format that is easy to modify and work with and open for anyone to use with no cost associated. This promotes transparency and accountability from a governmental standpoint.

In celebration of Open Access Week, this workshop will introduce you to Open Data and how you can locate Open Datasets for your research.
